User Registration and Payment
If you wish to save your user information and access your order history, you can opt to register on our website. However, the order can be made without registration. You will need to fill out all the information necessary for delivery.
The shipping cost can alter depending on which country your order is being delivered to. We deliver to countries within the EU. If you live outside of EU and wish to order our product, please get in touch at info@rollnlay.com.
All the payments are done via Stripe, SEB Bank payment links and Paysera website. The payment options depend on your location. You could have an option to pay by credit/debit card, by logging in to your e-bank, by bank transfer, etc. If you don’t find an option that you can use or want to pay by direct transfer or via Paypal, contact us at info@rollnlay.com
You will receive an electronic order confirmation and once we receive the receipt of your payment the order will be processed.
How do we ensure safe delivery?
Roll ‘n Lay products are ALWAYS produced and packaged maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene. Moreover, the World Health Organization has stated that the probability of contracting a virus through paper envelopes or cardboard is small. The human mucosa is needed for the viability of the virus!
To avoid direct contact, we transfer packages to courier in a contactless delivery. In case of doubt, we recommend that you wash your hands before and after the pick-up and unpacking of the goods. The companies delivering the goods also comply with all preventive measures to ensure your safety. We remind you that the parcel terminals are operating 24/7 and are regularly disinfected, so delivery of goods to the parcel terminal will remain one of the safest ways to buy goods.
Shipping and Delivery
As soon as we receive a receipt of your transaction we will process the order. We will deliver your purchased items in the shortest time possible. Delivery time also depends on the courier and we cannot be held responsible for the delays due to courier’s work.
Delivery Methods
We use parcel terminals to deliver the goods to Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. We strongly encourage you to select this shipping method as parcel delivery is more sustainable: many parcels are delivered to the same location, thus the routes can be planned more efficiently and less CO2 is emitted into the environment. With parcel terminal delivery, always check your phone number carefully. PINs for the parcel terminal are sent by SMS message to your phone. Please provide a phone number registered in the same country you are shipping to. If the phone number provided is incorrect, you will not be able to collect the parcel from the terminal.
We also offer courier services to deliver the goods to the address that you provide. Make sure that the delivery information provided is accurate, including your phone number and postal/zip code. Please provide a phone number registered in the same country you are shipping to. In case of errors in your shipping information we cannot be held responsible for delayed or failed delivery. If you wish to receive the goods in any other way, such as to a postal office, please contact us at info@rollnlay.com
For other EU countries besides Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania we use UPS courier delivery service.
We may offer free shipping with a certain purchase amount. This may differ by the country. Free delivery conditions may change at any time without prior notice

Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only, not taking into account eventual delays.
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
